Latin Dance Workshops at the Libraries

Your Garfield County Libraries will host Mezcla Socials Dance to teach adults the nuances and joys of partner dance to the rhythms of Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, and more. We’ll play games, practice drills, and find our confidence on the dance floor together. No partner or experience necessary.

The first event will be held on: **Tuesday, July 11 in Parachute, Followed by: **Tuesday, July 18 in Glenwood Springs. The next events will be on: **Wednesday, July 19 in New Castle, **on Thursday, July 20 in Silt, **and on Friday, July 21 in Rifle. The final event will be on Saturday, ** July 22 in Carbondale.

All events will begin at 6 p.m. except for the event in Carbondale, which will begin at 2 p.m. All sessions are bilingual, free, and open to all adults as part of the Summer Reading Challenge. Visit www.gcpld.org/summer-reading for more information.
